Fluffy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Niblets corn with liquid
    1 can creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased or sprayed pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup reserved cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
