Easy Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 lb. Ricotta cheese

Preparation

Mix cake mix according to package directions.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour cake mix batter into pan.
Mix Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla together; put this on top of cake batter.
Spread evenly; bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
