Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peach halves
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. pastry flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/8 c. milk
Preparation
    Put peaches in buttered glass baking dish.
    Add sugar and water.
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter.
    Add milk and mix.
    Spread dough over peaches.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
