Cinnamon-Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter or margarine at room temperature
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Place bowl of batter, covered, in refrigerator to chill overnight before baking.
    The next day:
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wet hands slightly and pick up a teaspoon of batter and roll it around in your hands.
    Place the balls onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes, just until lightly golden.
    Do not overbake.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
    Makes 4 dozen.
