Spaghetti All Amatriciane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 oz. bacon, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. dry wine
    1 (14 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and bacon together until onion is translucent and bacon is slightly brown.
    Add tomato paste and \"fry\" a little. Add wine and cook down to half.
    Add can of tomatoes, red pepper and salt and pepper.
    Cook until tomatoes fall apart and juice is almost gone.
    Grate cheese.
    Cook and drain spaghetti.
    Toss spaghetti with sauce.
    Pass the cheese.
