No Bake Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) graham cracker pie shell
12 oz. cream cheese, cut in chunks
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 tsp. lemon extract
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend on high until mixture is thoroughly creamed (approximately 5 minutes).
Spoon into pie shell.
Garnish with grated lemon peel. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
