Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 large tomato
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 c. chopped olives
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onions.
    Drain.
    Add 1 package taco seasoning.
    In bowl, blend sour cream, cream cheese and 3/4 package of taco seasoning mix.
    Layer meat in oblong Pyrex dish. Sprinkle cheese over warm meat mixture.
    Spread sour cream and cream cheese over.
    Sprinkle with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese, then sprinkle olives.
    Use dab of sour cream in center and circle it with salsa for decoration.
