Chicken L' Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken roaster
2 oranges
lemon pepper or salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. soy sauce (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Rinse chicken and place in a baking dish or Dutch oven.
Squeeze 2 oranges over it.
Salt and pepper or sprinkle with lemon pepper and soy sauce over bird.
Place in oven with no lid or tent of foil for 15 minutes, until slightly brown.
Lower temperature to 325\u00b0.
Bake for another hour, unless smaller bird is used.
Adjust cooking time to size of bird.
