6 Week Muffin Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    2 to 3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix egg, sugar, soda and salt.
    Add buttermilk, oil, beaten eggs and flour.
    Stir in Raisin Bran.
    Put in container and refrigerate up to 6 weeks for use as needed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Whole batch makes approximately 60 muffins.
