Scorzette Candite(Candied Peel) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rind of 2 oranges
    rind of 2 chrons, limes or grapefruit
    sugar
    1 Tbsp. almond oil (optional)
    rind of 2 lemons
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Boil each rind separately in water to cover generously for 2 minutes.
    Drain and let dry.
    Cut rinds into thin strips; weigh them and weigh an equal amount of sugar.
