Lemon Custard Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 c. sugar, divided
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. milk
    grated peel of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    10x sugar
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add to mixing bowl along with milk and lemon peel.
    Mix well.
    Add lemon juice.
    In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, slowly adding remaining 1/2 cup sugar while beating.
    Fold into batter.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Place in a shallow pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until slightly browned.
    Serve warm or chilled with 10x sugar dusted on top.
