Sirloin Tip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. bottom round
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut and slice in strips.
    Add all ingredients and put in crock-pot.
    Cook several hours (start out at high heat for 2 1/2 hours and turn back to low for another 4 hours or until done). Serve with cooked noodles.
