Fettuccine Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. broccoli florets
1/2 c. diced red and green pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained
grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. whipped butter spread
Preparation

In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook broccoli, zucchini, pepper, onion and basil in butter spread until tender. Stir in tomatoes and mushrooms.
Toss vegetable mixture with hot fettuccine.
Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
(Other pasta may be substituted.)
