Poached Winter Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pears, quartered and cored
    1/3 c. dried pitted apricot halves
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 c. red grape juice
    1/4 ??? maple syrup or brown sugar
    1/3 c. nonfat plain yogurt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Lower heat to medium.
    Cover pan and simmer fruit until pears are soft, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature while you prepare the rest.
