Bambini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
Preparation
    Combine cheeses in small bowl.
    Halve each biscuit, forming 20 thin biscuits.
    Shape each biscuit half in 2 1/4 x 4-inch oval. Place a slice of pepperoni on dough and top with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
    Moisten edges and fold dough over to enclose filling.
    Pinch to seal.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
