Chicken A La Karen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Stove Top San Francisco stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 chicken, cooked with celery leaves, debone and dice (reserve stock)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    8 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    slivered almonds
Preparation
    Blend melted margarine with stuffing and spread half in greased baking dish.
    Combine all other ingredients except almonds; pour over stuffing mix.
    Top with other half of stuffing. Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
