Low-Fat Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (white or whole wheat)
    dash of salt
    1 c. yogurt (plain nonfat)
    ice water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and yogurt.
    Add ice water, one drop at a time, until dough is easy to handle.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll 1/8 inch thick on floured board, being careful not to add too much flour (that makes dough tough).
    Low-fat crust has 1 g fat in two pie crusts.
