Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, peeled and diced, boiled
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/4 c. pimentos, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. red pepper (if you like hotter, add more pepper, Accent or m.s.g.)
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
enough mayonnaise to mix like you want it
Preparation

Taste to see if it needs anything and add if it does.
Pour in bowl.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Serve.
