Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 gal. finely sliced apples
    4 pt. sugar
    1 c. cornstarch
    1 c. Minute tapioca
    2 Tbsp. apple pie spice
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Pack tightly in quart jars and seal.
    Process 50 minutes in boiling water.
