Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease inside of 10-inch ovenproof skillet and heat in oven for 3 minutes.
    Tilt skillet to coat bottom with oil evenly.
    Mix thoroughly all ingredients.
    Pour into hot skillet.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 9 to 10 servings.
