Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drain and clean
    1/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 rib celery
    1/4 medium green pepper
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add onion, celery and green pepper and saute. Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into small cakes.
    Place in refrigerator for an hour or so.
    This will keep them from falling apart when fried.
    Dip in flour and fry in oil until golden brown.
