Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) hash brown potatoes
2 sticks oleo
1 stack Ritz crackers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt 1 stick of oleo and mix with all but cheese and crackers. Put in a 13 x 9-inch greased dish.
Cover with cracker crumbs and cheese.
Dot with last stick of oleo.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Delicious.
