Layered Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef, cubed
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 Tbsp. tapioca or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. V-8 juice
Preparation

Layer in covered roasting pan in order given.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
