Pbj Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 c. low-fat milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. preserves or Old Fruit
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and baking powder, then stir in peanut butter.
    Pour milk and eggs
    over and stir just until flour is moistened.
    Fill muffin cups 1/2 full, then top with preserves or Old Fruit.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
