French Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. red or white wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender; mix.
Blend 10 to 15 seconds; stop and blend again 10 to 15 seconds.
Pour into jar with tight fitting lid.
This does not need to be refrigerated. If you do plan to refrigerate it, use corn or cotton seed oil as most other oils will thicken when chilled.
