China Town Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 box fried Rice-A-Roni
    2 c. water (hot)
    1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pork chops, then set aside.
    Brown rice with butter.
    Stir in 2 cups hot water and mushrooms.
    Add contents of vegetable sauce envelope.
    Place chops on top of rice in skillet.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce.
    Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
