Fried Frogs' Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 pair large frogs' legs
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 c. fine bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash legs, remove skin by turning it down and pulling it off like a glove.
    Wash and dry.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Saute in butter about 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
    Makes 6 servings.
