Golden Harvest Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 double pie crust
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    5 to 6 c. peeled and finely sliced apples *
    3 Tbsp. low-sugar orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    milk
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust.
    Sprinkle with flour; set aside.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl. Layer apple slices alternately with sugar mixture in pie crust. Press down gently to eliminate air pockets.
    Dot with marmalade and butter.
    Roll out remaining half of dough to circle 1-inch larger than pie plate.
    Place over apples.
    Fold edges under; flute.
    Cut slits or designs for steam to escape.
    Brush top crust with milk. Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce until golden brown.
    Cool completely.
