Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
1 c. plus 2 tsp. dry powdered milk
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix well and blend until smooth.
Setting bowl in pan of hot water helps dissolve the sugar.
This mixture can be used instead of Eagle Brand milk.
