Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped zucchini
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin seed
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Lightly fry onion, green pepper, zucchini and garlic in olive oil, then place in
pot
with kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Add chili
powder, cumin seed, oregano, parsley flakes, curry powder and
ground
pepper.
Fry
ground beef in olive oil, adding salt as needed.
Drain grease and place meat in pot.
Bring all to boil, then simmer at least 30 minutes.
