Homemade Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
2 c. shortening
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Store in an airtight container. Will keep up to 6 weeks at room temperature.
