Glazed Carrots Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots diagonally.
    Cook in salted water until almost done, but crisp.
    Drain.
    Add melted margarine and sugar to carrots.
    Simmer, turning carrots frequently to glaze.
    Serves 6.
