Spicy Cheddar Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. beer or near-beer
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to serving container.
    Sprinkle top with paprika. Refrigerate, covered.
    Serve with thick bread sticks, pretzel rods or hearty crackers.
