Squash Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small squash
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. cheese, grated
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Slice and boil squash in salt water until tender.
Drain and mash well.
Add other ingredients.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
