Coleslaw Souffle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Pour hot water over gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add water, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt.
    Beat until well blended. Chill until slightly firm.
    Beat with egg beater until fluffy. Fold in cabbage, onion and celery seed.
    Pour into 1 quart mold. Refrigerate until firm.
