Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes, washed, peeled and cut fine
    5 onions, cut fine
    5 hot peppers, cut fine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook on low heat for at least 2 hours. Stir often.
    If you desire a very hot relish, add more pepper. Can according to canning directions.
