3 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped Vidalia
1 clove minced garlic
juice of 1/2 lime
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. finely chopped basil
Preparation

May substitute 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for cilantro and basil.
