Sour Cream Potato Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked, pared and diced potatoes
    3/4 c. pared, diced cucumber
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 (8 oz.) container dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine the potatoes, cucumber, onion, salt, celery seed and pepper. Sieve egg yolks; set aside.
    Chop egg whites.
    Add to potato mixture. Chill.
    Blend together the egg yolks, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Pour over potato mixture. Toss and chill.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
