Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
2 (14 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes
salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Preparation
-
Cover cabbage, celery and onions with water.
Boil down until ingredients are barely covered with water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer.
