Chicken Taquitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. minced garlic
    3 to 4 c. Crisco
    1 c. finely chopped tomatoes
    6 Tbsp. chicken broth
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. oregano and chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. tortillas
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in 10-inch skillet 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Shred chicken.
    Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil 1 to 3 minutes.
    Mix ingredients and saute 3 to 5 minutes.
    In large skillet, heat 3 to 4 cups oil.
    Fill, fold tortillas and fry.
