Veggie Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch original salad dressing mix
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped fine broccoli
1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
any other vegetable of choice
Preparation

Unroll rolls; place in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, pinching edges together to seal.
Brush dough with beaten egg.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes.
Cool completely. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended.
Spread mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese and veggies.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites.
(Yields about 8 dozen.)
