Mocha Espresso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant coffee granules
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 c. cocoa
    brandy (optional)
    whipping cream (optional)
    grated chocolate (optional)
Preparation
    Combine coffee, sugar, dry milk and cocoa; mix well.
    Store mix in airtight container.
    For each serving, place 1/4 cup of mix in cup and add 1 cup boiling water; stir well.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon brandy flavoring.
    Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate, if desired.
    Yields 18 servings.
