Chicken And Pasta Toss(A Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rotini (corkscrew macaroni)
2 c. shredded fresh spinach
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken (8 oz.)
8 cherry tomatoes, halved or sliced salad tomatoes
1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz.)
1/3 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Rinse under cold running water; drain.
Combine pasta, spinach, chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese in a medium salad bowl.
Whisk together oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic salt, 3 tablespoons water and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until smooth.
Pour over pasta mixture; toss lightly.
Serve immediately with hot French bread. Serves 4.
