Pult Or Klub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. grated raw potatoes
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 c. water
    5 c. white flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together, mixing well.
    Fill cloths (or aluminum foil) and place a strip of salt pork or leaf lard in center.
    Wrap in a long roll.
    Cook for 2 hours in boiling water. Slice and fry.
    Serve with butter and sugar.
