Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 medium tomatoes
2 small hot peppers
2 c. onions
3 1/2 c. green peppers
4 stalks celery
2 c. sugar
1 pt. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. allspice
4 sticks cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp. whole cloves
1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Skin and chop tomatoes; place in large pot.
Finely chop onions, green peppers, hot peppers and celery.
Add to tomatoes. Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
Tie allspice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, paprika and celery seed in a cheesecloth bag.
Heat mixture to boiling; lower heat and simmer for several hours, until desired thickness.
As mixture thickens, stir.
