Antipasto Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced party salami
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella
Preparation
    Mash together tuna, egg, mayonnaise and lemon juice and set aside.
    Cut each cheese slice into 4 pieces.
    Arrange a piece of cheese on each slice of salami, trimming cheese to fit.
    Spread about one teaspoon of tuna mixture over the cheese.
    Roll up and secure with three wooden picks.
    Chill.
