Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. rhubarb
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients together as a crust.
Will be crumbly. Put 1/2 of crust mixture in bottom of 2-quart casserole or 9 x 9-inch pan.
Press down.
Place rhubarb on top.
