Beef Tartare - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin (very lean)
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped very fine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut away all visible fat from ground sirloin.
    Grind meat twice.
    Add eggs, onion and olive oil.
    Mix very well.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Form into mound.
