Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar (take out 2 Tbsp. for crust)
    1/2 c. oleo
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients (only 2 tablespoons sugar) and add oleo and cut in.
    Press in bottom and part way up sides of 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Cut 6 peaches in slices and arrange on top.
    Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to balance of sugar and sprinkle over top.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Beat 2 egg yolks and add 1 cup half and half and pour over and bake 20 minutes more.
