Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. coconut
2 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Use 9 x 13-inch pan (not greased).
Mix cake mix as directed. Set aside.
In pan, layer coconut, pecans and chocolate chips. Pour cake batter over this.
Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Test for doneness.
